Law of Attraction Lesson – Six Ways to Clear Out Those Mental Cobwebs

Having the proper attitude is a prerequisite to successful manifesting.  The Universe always brings you what you are putting out – and if you are putting out gunk you’ll get gunk back.  When you’re feeling stuck and you know you have some mental cobwebs to get rid of, these ideas will help get you into the right frame of mind so you can receive with open arms!

 

  1. Clear out physical clutter.  It’s amazing what the physical act of cleaning and clearing out can do for your mental state. Entrümpelung Stuttgart
  2. Get a physical health & nutrition assessment.  When your body is all gunked up your head gets all gunked up too.  Proper nutrition, adequate sleep, sunshine, and movement all improve both physical and mental function.  In my experience, doing a detox and digestive cleanse is amazing for clearing brain fog so that’s well worth considering too.
  3. Get an outside opinion.  When you are close to a situation it’s often difficult to see things as clearly as you could.  Getting the opinion of someone who you trust, but who’s a bit removed from the situation can give you the insight you need to see things differently.
  4. Ask a child.  Children see the world in a completely different way than adults do.  It’s a shame that we forget how to do that as we grow up.  Sometimes posing a problem to a child can open your mind to unique and creative possibilities you wouldn’t have seen otherwise.
  5. Take a break.  Sometimes you just have to get away and let things simmer for a while.  If you can physically remove yourself from the environment (like a weekend get away for example) that’s great – go do it!  But if you can’t then take some time to get as far away as you can.  Go to the movies, take a walk, read a book, play golf…whatever takes your mind off the situation.
  6. Ask the Universe for help.  I do this all the time and it really works.  All you have to do is tell the Universe that you’re gunked up and that you need clarity.   If you remember to do this every time that murky feeling comes up, you’ll see clear waters ahead in no time.

And finally, give yourself a break.  We all feel stuck sometimes and that’s ok.  It’s just part of being human.  Follow these steps and soon you’ll be back in the groove, happily manifesting the things you want.
